Once again, drivers in the Collar City will have to deal with road closures and parking restrictions as filming of the HBO series "The Gilded Age" continues.
Troy officials say starting Monday, Second Street between Congress Street and Division Street is shut down. There will also be parking restrictions in effect on First Street between Congress Street and Division Street and also Congress Street at the corner of Second Street.
