Albany police say a second arrest has been made in connection with the murder of an 18-year-old woman.
According to investigators, 19-year-old Jahmere Manning was involved in the shooting death of Chyna Forney. Forney was standing with a group of people on Essex Street May 3rd when she was struck in the back by a bullet. She later died of her injuries at Albany Med. Previously, police arrested 18-year-old Alvin Foy for his alleged role in the homicide.
