New York lawmakers are extending outdoor dining guidance, as well as to-go and delivery sales of liquor.
The rules that were put into place due to the pandemic will now continue for another year. State Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie says with the restaurant industry so hard-hit by the pandemic, many have adapted and survived based off these new rules.
