New York State is hoping the offer of free public transportation is enough to push more residents towards getting their COVID-19 vaccinations.

In the Capital Region, anyone who is vaccinated between now and July 14th will receive a seven-day unlimited pass. All they have to do is present proof of their shots to CDTA or the Greater Glens Falls Transit. State officials say their incentive offers have been a big help in raising the New York's vaccination rate.
