The Niskayuna man arrested following violent protests at the U.S. Capitol is now in even more legal trouble.

Prosecutors say 27-year-old Brandon Fellows violated the conditions of his release by allegedly calling the mother of a federal probation officer. Fellows is already facing felony charges for taking part in the January 6th riot in Washington, DC that left several people dead. Prosecutors are asking that he be held in jail until his trial.
