With another day of hot weather expected, Amsterdam residents will have a place they can go to cool down.
That's because the city pool at Veterans Park is opening Monday for the 2021 season. Folks will be able to swim each day between 11:00 a-m and 5:00 p-m and admission is $ 1 for everyone. Kids under the age of 10 aren't allowed in the water unless they're accompanied by an adult.
