Troy Police are investigating a shooting that happened Friday night. Around 11:30 there were multiple 911 calls about a fight on Broadway between 2nd and 3rd Streets. While en route, there were reports of shots fired. Police located the victim a few blocks away with gunshot wounds to the arm and leg, he was taken to the hospital. They also found a handgun that was thrown under a parked vehicle near where the shooting happened. Police say there were several witnesses and ask anyone who may have seen anything to please get in touch with them.
