Colonie Police arrest a Middletown man for allegedly trying to steal used cooking oil.
Police say Lenin Sepulveda was going through a dumpster on Wolf Road. The oil can be used in a number of products, including biofuel animal feed, and plants. This isn't Sepulveda's first run in with Colonie Police. He was arrested in March after police say he tried to steal cooking oil last September. During that incident, Sepulveda also hit a restaurant owner as he tried to drive off. He was arraigned Thursday morning and released on probation.
