A Glens Falls man was arrested on charges of animal cruelty. Warren County Sheriff's say William Dingman abandoned and failed to feed four animals including a dog, a pig, and 2 bearded dragons. Dingman, who was already on parole, is now in Warren County Jail facing eight misdemeanor counts of animal abuse. The animals are being taken care of by the SPCA and are said to be doing ok.
