New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is eligible for a big pension after his resignation goes into effect later this month.
The Empire Center For Public Policy did the math and found that Cuomo would get more than $50,000 a year for life. The pension could be reduced or taken away if Cuomo is convicted of a felony. Cuomo is resigning August 24th after facing numerous sexual harassment allegations. He's not facing any criminal charges yet but several New York prosecutors are investigating Cuomo.
