Albany Police arrested a fourteen year old with a loaded handgun Wednesday night. A call came in shortly after 5 about a person with a gun in the area of First Street and Lexington Avenue. Police found the boy on Judson Street with a loaded .380 caliber handgun in his waistband, which he tossed on the ground. He was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a weapon. Police aren't releasing his name due to his age.
