Customers who ride the rails using Amtrak are once again going to be able to travel to New York City Tuesday.

Service between the Albany-Rensselaer station and the Big Apple will resume after being put on hold for several days because of damage caused by the remnants of Hurricane Ida. Trains are also going to be running again along both the Empire Service and Maple Leaf routes. To plan a trip or for information on schedules head to amtrak.com or call 800-USA-RAIL.
