A member of the Niskayuna Town Board issues an apology after being charged with driving drunk behind the wheel.
John Della Ratta was pulled over on Route 146 in Clifton Park September 27th and issued tickets for DWI and other traffic offenses. The Democrat, who's running for re-election in November, has released a statement saying he was sorry for the negative attention his legal issues have brought to the town while also apologizing to his family and colleagues. Della Ratta is scheduled to make his next court appearance October 21st.
