Former Shen Hoops Star Kevin Huerter Signs $65 Million Extension

Former Shenendehowa High School hoops star Kevin Huerter will be staying in the NBA for at least a few more seasons.

His agents tell ESPN that the 23-year-old has signed a $ 65-million extension with the Atlanta Hawks. The brand-new four-year deal with keep him with the Hawks through the 2025-2026 season. Huerter was selected by Atlanta with the 19th overall pick in the 2018 NBA Draft. He played 69 games for the Hawks last season and averaged just below 12 points per contest.
