The person who killed a teenager back in 2011 is scheduled to be back in front of a judge Monday.

Jah-Lah Vanderhorst was convicted of manslaughter for stabbing 17-year-old Tyler Rhodes to death at Albany's Hoffman Park and sentenced to 25 years in prison. But a judge later ruled his sentence should be cut in half, which would have allowed Vanderhorst to be out of prison in January. A review of that decision by an appellate court led to it being overturned and Vanderhorst will have to spend the full 25 years behind bars. He's scheduled to be re-sentenced in Albany County Court Monday.
