The attorney for former Governor Andrew Cuomo is making a request of Albany County Sheriff Craig Apple.

Rita Glavin has written a letter asking that Apple and his office keep all records of his department's investigation into claims that Cuomo groped a female aide at the Executive Mansion last December. Cuomo is set to be in court on November 17th to enter his plea on a misdemeanor charge, and in the past, he has denied doing anything wrong. Supporters of the ex-governor have criticized how Apple has handled the investigation, but Apple says the case is solid and backed up by evidence.
