The holiday travel season is about to kick off and Albany International Airport officials are warning travelers that there will likely be delays.

While flights from the airport in Colonie that were suspended due to the COVID-19 crisis have returned, airlines are dealing with issues including a shortage of pilots, flight crews and mechanics that may cause service disruptions. To help people save some money, the airport will reopen its six-dollar a day economy parking lot next week. Travelers are also reminded that masks are required in the airport until at least January 18th.
