A Malta man wanted in two different towns was arrested on several charges after the Saratoga County Sheriff's were called to the Walmart in Wilton last Thursday. Police say 43 year old Timothy Martin is charged with petit larceny, however after an investigation into the case it turned out that Martin had warrants out for his arrest from the town of Moreau and Saratoga. In Moreau he was wanted for unlawful imprisonment, assault, and criminal mischief. In Saratoga he's wanted for grand larceny for stealing a vehicle. He's also facing charges of criminal contempt and is being held at Saratoga County Jail without bail.
