Police Searching for Hit and Run Driver in Mechanicville

Mechanicville police are investigating a hit and run that happened Saturday. Police say a car hit a pedestrian around 10am at the intersection of Mabbett Street and North Central Avenue. Witnesses say the driver was a female with blonde hair in a 4 door sedan. The car may have damage to the front end or hood. The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Anyone with info is asked to call Mechanicville Police.
