Saratoga County deputies are still investigating the death of an elderly woman at an apartment complex in Halfmoon.
They say the woman's body was discovered Thursday in her apartment at the Bishop Hubbard Apartments on Katherine Drive. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene while a male relative was found suffering from severe injuries. Sheriff Michael Zurlo tells the Times Union that a meeting with the district attorney's office today may lead to more information on the case being released. Police say there's no threat to the public and anyone with information is asked to call them.
