Capital Region residents are soon going to have another place to go if they want to get tested for the coronavirus.
That's because a mass COVID-19 testing site is reopening this week at the University at Albany. The exact hours that testing will be available hasn't been announced yet. The move to reopen the site comes as the state faces a shortage of test kits. Residents have also faced long delays at testing sites.
