A judge could decide Friday whether a misdemeanor charge filed against former Governor Andrew Cuomo will be dropped.

Cuomo is scheduled to make a virtual appearance in Albany City Court Friday afternoon. He's accused of inappropriately touching a female aide at the Executive Mansion in Albany back in December 2020, a claim he has denied. Albany County DA David Soares said earlier this week his office wouldn't prosecute the case because there's not enough evidence to prove the woman's allegation beyond a reasonable doubt.
