Amsterdam police have arrested a 12-year-old student for allegedly making a shooting threat towards a school.
Officials say several threats were posted on social media and mentioned the Wilbur H. Lynch Literacy Academy. The threats mentioned three targets at the school, and police found out that the messages came from one of the people who was supposedly in danger. That individual confessed and police say the threats weren't credible. The student is now facing a felony charge.
