For the second week in a row, Capital Region drivers are having to dig a little bit deeper into their wallets to fill up their vehicles. According to Triple A, the average cost for a gallon of regular gas is now $ 3.61. That's up six cents in the past week and is 16 cents higher than this time one month ago. The state average is now $ 3.59 a gallon and nationally it's $ 3.44.
