No injuries have been reported after fire heavily damages a building in Troy.
Crews were called to battle the blaze on Fifth Avenue Sunday and needed help from fellow firefighters in Watervliet and Albany to get the flames under control. A man needed to be rescued and a firefighter fell through a burnt-out section of the floor but stayed at the scene. There's no word yet on what caused the fire.
