State police rescue three children from an Ulster hotel.
Their captor called 911 and said he was holding the children, aged 4, 2 and 1, hostage. Troopers attempted to negotiate with the man but were eventually forced to break into the hotel room. The man was arrested on multiple charges, including kidnapping, endangering the welfare of a child, and unlawful imprisonment. He is currently in Ulster County Jail.
