UPDATE-Due to the upcoming storm, the parade has been postponed until Saturday, March 19th.

For the first time since 2019, the Albany Saint Patrick's Day Parade will be happening Saturday as an in-person celebration.

Due to the COVID-19 crisis, the parade was canceled two years ago and was held as a virtual event last year. The parade steps off at 2:00 pm Saturday at the corner of Quail Street and Central Avenue and it'll end at State Street and Green Street. There will be road closures in the area of the parade route and police will be on duty to help make sure everyone stays safe.
