A Ballston Spa man has been arrested after being accused of hitting his neighbor with a baseball bat.
Police say Pharrin Greene attacked Bernard Rodgers at an apartment complex on Milton Avenue in Ballston Spa over the weekend. Rodgers was taken to the hospital to be treated for a traumatic brain injury and lacerated liver. Greene is charged with assault and was sent to the Saratoga County Jail.
