Nine people are in custody after protesting at the New York State Capitol.
Police say all nine are charged with disorderly conduct and one is charged with harassment. The protests happened Tuesday in response to proposed changes to bail reform policies in the state. Though the changes have bipartisan support, they face opposition from advocacy groups.
