The state Attorney General's Office has opened an investigation into a crash in Albany that took the life of a teenager. Police say the incident started Monday night when officers spotted a stolen vehicle in the area of Lark Street and Manning Boulevard and tried to pull it over. But, the teen who was driving it refused to stop and the pursuit ended after the vehicle came to a rest near Broadway and Lawn Avenue.
A passenger in the vehicle, 13-year-old Tea'Shawn Walker, was injured and later died. Police haven't said if anyone is facing charges.
