Two Albany Police Officers On Leave Following Crash That Killed Teenager

Two Albany police officers have been placed on administrative leave following a crash earlier this week that killed a teenager. The officers, who aren't facing disciplinary action, were involved in a pursuit Monday night that began after a stolen vehicle was seen near Lark Street and Manning Boulevard.

Police tried to pull it over but the teen driver refused to stop and the chase only ended after the vehicle hit a building in the area of Broadway and Lawn Avenue. A passenger in the vehicle, Tea'Shawn Walker, was injured and later died.

Police still haven't said if anyone has been arrested.

The New York Attorney General's office is investigating the incident.
