Albany police say a domestic incident over the weekend led to officers recovering both a handgun and drugs.

Officers were called to North Pearl Street and Wilson Street Saturday night to investigate a report that a woman had a handgun. Police arrived to find 28-year-old Jameela Fredericks holding the gun and when she was taken into custody, she was found to have ecstasy pills. Officers executed a search warrant on North Pearl Street in connection with this case and arrested 40-year-old Gregory Moore after discovering more ecstasy and cocaine inside the residence. Both he and Fredericks are facing multiple charges.
