Guilderland police are asking for help from the public with solving a shooting that happened outside of Crossgates Mall.
They say two groups of people were involved in an exchange of gunfire last Sunday near the Best Buy. One of those bullets ended up hitting a 17-year-old girl in the hand but she wasn't seriously injured. Witnesses to the shooting are asked to call police at 518-356-1501.
