The legal battle over Congressional redistricting in New York appears to be headed to the state's highest court.

An appeals court ruled Thursday the maps that were drawn up by Democrats in the State Legislature are unconstitutional because they are unfair to Republicans. However, the court did say the brand-new State Senate and Assembly districts that were created can remain in place. Another hearing on this issue could happen as early as next week.
