FBI Opens Internal Investigation Into Deadly Schoharie Limo Crash

The FBI has opened an internal investigation into a deadly limousine crash in Schoharie that happened over three years ago.

Congressman Paul Tonko and Congresswoman Elise Stefanik have been asking the agency for more information about its interactions with Shahed Hussain, who owned the limousine and was also an FBI informant. An FBI spokesperson did not reveal any details about the scope of this investigation. The October 2018 crash killed 20 people.
