A Virginia man has pleaded not guilty in connection with a homicide that happened in Albany County last month.

Prosecutors say 40-year-old Jacob Klein killed 35-year-old Philip Rabadi at the victim's home on Miller Road on April 13th. Klein fled the area after the murder but was caught a couple of days later near Virginia-Tennessee border. A judge ordered Klein to remain behind bars without bail during his court appearance Monday. If convicted, Klein faces 25 years to life in prison.
