Starting Tuesday night, free outdoor fitness classes are going to be offered at the Empire State Plaza in Downtown Albany.
Classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00 pm until 6:00 pm on the grassy area located between Agency Buildings Two and Three. There is no cost to attend the classes which are going to run through August 25th. If there is inclement weather in the forecast, a rain location for the classes will be announced at empirestateplaza.ny.gov.
