Capital Region drivers are seeing lower prices at the pump when it comes time to fill up their vehicles.
According to Triple A, the average cost for a gallon of regular fuel is now $4.82. That's down $.06 from last week, is $.03 lower than a month ago and is $1.71 more than this time last year. The state average is $4.88 a gallon while nationally it's $4.80.
