Drivers whose daily commutes bring them on Fourth Street in Troy will want to plan a little extra time to reach their destinations Thursday.
That's because crews are going to be installing a water service line near the intersection of Fourth Street and State Street. As a result, Fourth Street between State Street and Broadway will be shut down from 7:00 am until approximately 3:00 pm. Traffic delays are expected but homes and businesses will still be accessible during that time period.
