The New York State Unified Court System is currently looking to hire more Spanish interpreters.
A court interpreter exam is being given on September 9th and 10th and the deadline to fill out an online application and submit it is this Thursday. Interpreters are responsible for providing spoken language access by converting words and concepts expressed in English into Spanish and vice versa in both the courtroom and other settings. They may also perform clerical tasks related to language services. For more information, visit nycourts.gov.
