CDTA is teaming up with the Downtown Albany Business Improvement District as part of new Universal Access partnership.

Beginning September 1st, workers who are employed by restaurants, retail and retail-related businesses that are members of the Downtown Albany BID will get free, unlimited rides within CDTA's service network. Officials say express, local, and commuter service will be provided throughout the area. There are currently nearly 30 colleges and businesses that are part of CDTA's Universal Access program.
