Saratoga County deputies are still looking into a drowning that happened at Saratoga Lake.
According to officials, 44-year-old Christopher Lavigne of Mechanicville was in a canoe near Brown's Beach Thursday when he ended up in the water. Crews were able to recover his body after searching the area for a couple of hours. It's believed that Lavigne may have fallen into the lake due to the windy conditions in the area.
