Some brand-new data from the state shows the spread of the coronavirus is once again on the decline in the Capital Region.
Right now, the seven-day average infection rate is sitting at 9.52%. At this time last week, the infection rate was at 10.38%. It's recommended that people get vaccinated against the virus and receive a booster shot to prevent another surge in cases.
