A judge has ruled the operator of the limousine involved in a deadly crash in Schoharie four years ago must keep his ankle monitor on.

Oj Wednesday, the attorney for Nauman Hussain asked that Hussain be able to remove the device saying that he's been a model citizen and followed the terms of his probation. But prosecutors asked that Hussain still wear the monitor to make sure he continues to show up for his court appearances and the judge ruled in their favor. Hussain is facing multiple charges for allegedly failing to make sure the limo was properly maintained before 20 people were killed. His trial is expected to begin next year.
