Lottery players across the Empire State are hoping that luck will be on their side as they try and win the second-largest Powerball jackpot in the history of the game.
Because no one matched all six winning numbers Wednesday, the prize up for grabs Saturday night will be at least at least $800-million. The biggest jackpot in Powerball history was over $1.5 billion back in 2016. A ticket to play costs just two bucks and the drawing will be streamed online at powerball.com.
