A Watervliet resident is facing the possibility of spending the rest of his life in prison after pleading guilty to murder and other charges.
In court on Monday, 40-year-old Sean Pacheco admitted to shooting and killing 35-year-old John Welcome on Central Avenue in Albany back in November 2021. Officers also discovered cocaine and drug paraphernalia at Pacheco's home. He'll be sentenced in February.
