Hochul Reveals Results of Holiday Season Crackdown on Impaired Driving

Governor Hochul has revealed the results of the recent holiday season crackdown on impaired driving that was carried out by State Police.

Between Wednesday, December 14th, and Sunday, January 1st, there were 453 people statewide arrested for being behind the wheel while under the influence. Overall, 32 thousand 934 tickets were issued for a variety of offenses. They include speeding, distracted driving, and violations of the state's "Move Over Law."
