The latest New York State Flu Tracker data shows Saratoga County has the highest number of flu cases in the region.
The county had 86 confirmed cases of the illness during the week that ended January 14th. Warren County had the second-highest number of infections during that time period with 82 followed by Albany County with 71. The overall number of New Yorkers who have contracted the flu since the season started is 300,907.
