Albany Police pulled over 29-year-old Jason Twiss for speeding. Police noticed two open beers in his car and administered a sobriety test. He failed, became aggressive and bit the office who was arresting him.
Twiss is now charged with felony assault, driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, imprudent speed and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle.
