It was announced earlier this month that Grandma's Pies and Restaurant would close after over 40 years in business. Well, over the weekend the owner of LaFiesta Mexican Restaurant, Alex Morales, said he bought Grandma's.
Grandma's was the first restaurant Morales and his family ate at when he first moved to the United States 17 years ago. He plans to keep everything the same including the former employees.
A post on their Facebook page announces an August 1st re-opening.
